Google to find one in your area. They all have different names but are classified as a FQHC. They pretty much do the same as the above poster stated. They will treat you if you don't have insurance on a sliding fee scale. Some of them even have a pharmacy. They usually have an ACA navigator and offer assistance in navigating the social services programs. Good luck to you.
