You can also copy and paste - Izopen

Copy and paste most everything into your personal email from other places online relating to work, including from Workforce, your work email to your personal email, Utilipro, etc, but it is even better to copy and paste into a WORD document. Word documents are nice because even if you copy and paste information into an email to yourself, in order to have documents to submit to the Unemployment office, you will still have to then copy and paste any information from your emails to yourself into a WORD document in order to submit it. Word documents are also very good at showing things exactly the way they appear on our screens. PDF files also can be uploaded to Unemployment. Even notepad notes can be submitted. Make files on your personal PC to store all this and back it up. It is easier to find things then when submitting to Unemployment. I would avoid at all costs copying, pasting and forwarding/sending info from work email to another work email, as our department got an email sent out about not doing that, and when using a work email to send to another work email or even a personal email from your work email, there is proof then that you did exactly that. They have access to your email and all activity on work apps we use. If you copy from your work email directly pasting it into another browser opened to your personal email, you avoid being accused of that altogether. You are not forwarding anything anywhere. All comes down to word play really, but you have to remember they have access to all email activity you are doing. You can avoid all that by copying and pasting or using screen shots. You have to document, but just be careful how you do it and leave no traces of using their email to send anything from their sites to your personal email or another work email. Copy that info and paste into a personal email to yourself. ONLY use your personal PC if possible to do this. Any activity you do on a work PC can be monitored and files/screen shot pics can be found. You can send yourself links to access all apps used for work to your personal email. That way you can use your personal PC to access everything and save files and it will not matter if traces are here and there showing what you have done (unless you use your personal PC also for work and they have access to it).
