The ads that appear next to the like buttons, at the top of the forum page, and on the left side aren't from Nuance. Nuance doesn't control what shows up there. Those ads are from Google and Doubleclick.

You can check this for yourself, right click the ad and choose open this frame. Then look in your address bar. You'll see the URL from them: https://googleads.g.doubleclick.net...

Nuance couldn't threaten to remove their ads from this site. They could remove them from Google/Doubleclick but that would remove them from all Google sites on the Internet, which they probably don't want to do. Google is the one posting the ads here and paying the site owner. Not Nuance.
