Unemployment understanding the "Enhanced Severance Pay?" I was laid off 08/17 and my unemployment hasn't been approved yet because of questions with this Base Severance Pay and Enhanced Severance Pay. I told her I can't exlplain it anymore than what is on my Severance paperwork. Unemplyment has contacted them and they aren't calling them back.
