whois.icann.org is used to look up domains and IP addresses, a service not paid for by the company creating the website. There may not be a direct address, phone number or name linked to the information that comes up on whois.icann.org, but it will give you the location of the host used. The country and/or state where the website originates will appear in the info. You will at least know where the person/company is located who is contracting with the domain host. Run the information through multiple sites, the information is consistent. In this case MTStars.com repeatedly shows as Australia.
