I use IT 7 Pro and it worked just fine with the Transcribe + when I worked for the company that uses this platform last year. I didn't have to do anything special to get it to work. Your post says "IT says it's connected, green light," but not sure if you meant you spoke with InstantText IT or the company IT. I would contact InstantText IT about it if you haven't done so already. They've always been very helpful whenever I've needed assistance. Good luck - hope they can get it working for you. :)
