Look at current job ads for coders in the area where you live and nationally and see what certifications are being asked for - then use that info to decide where to get training. Next realize that coding is similar to MT only in the aspect that everyone wants 2-3 years experience but no one wants to give it so getting that first coding job is hard. Good luck!
