Former Nuance MT too - sm

I made $.12 a line on the grid too, $.06 on editing at Nuance.

I now make $.07 and $.04 at the MTSO who subcontracts Nuance work, but my pay has been more than at Nuance.

I've always believed Nuance has some kind of algorithm built into that grid unknown to MTs.
