Would you consider working for a home health - care agency? Many of ... sm Posted: Aug 19th, 2018 - 9:16 am In Reply to: Was thinking about MT career, now . . . - Rigel
these companies have an on-site RN who performs the initial assessment of the clients/families. Their time is not 100% in the office because they have to visit potential clients' homes within their territory. Also, the RNs might give instructions on things for the CNAs and such because of the ongoing training. I used to work for Comfort Keepers and know for a fact that they keep an RN on the staff. I am now researching the Home Instead company, and they, too, have RNs on the payroll. Maybe this is something you could look into. Good luck!!!!!!!!!
