those who are unhappy in their current position. That's not my fault. I researched and tried different companies for years before I found the one that I truly like. Is it ideal? No, but to flog a dead horse about the lower pay than what we enjoyed 25 years ago is a waste of energy. We all have to make decisions based on our personal lives. Being mad, or jealous, or trying to shame those who have forged a better path for themselves is something that they will have to come to terms with. One person cannot move a mountain. Let it go.
