I work 3 jobs all of which are straight typing. One is an employee job and we got a large account after the Nuance fiasco last year and they cut ALL ties with "N." The other 2 are IC jobs with smaller companies, one basically doing progress notes, H&Ps, consults and discharges for a group of specialty hospitals, (after acute care admission, but before going home or to a nursing home) and the 3rd is for a large group of psychiatric hospitals out on the West Coast.
