Pay is very low. Accounts are overstaffed, so no consistent work, hopping around to many accounts and competing for work as stated. Vendor for Nuance. Most experienced transcriptionists are getting out of medical transcription or using their skills elsewhere for better pay and benefits as well. Best wishes in your job search.
