For a donation of $0-150 (not sure how the amount is determined) at one of their physical locations, as long as you meet the same eligibility requirements.
I ordered online from another state and got a basic $85 Dell i5 computer and upgraded the HD to SSD and added Word 2010 for another $20, for a total of $180 at the time (I would have upgraded the RAM too if I could have afforded it then, but since I couldn't, I decided that upgrading the HD was more important since I can easily upgrade the RAM on my own later).
