Just type the report instead of editing it!! I'm kidding...or am I? LOL!! Honestly though, I can generally type a 10 minute report in 13-16 minutes whereas editing the same 10 minute report can sometimes take upwards of 20 minutes by the time you fix all of the mistakes the VR editor pulls in. Inserting/removing all of those commas, formatting, checking spacing, correcting capitalization, spelling, etc. really cuts into overall daily production AND WE'RE GETTING PAID LESS!!! Sheesh! Where did all the good jobs go?
