I quit Nuance in June as I had a job offer from another transcription company and was tired of playing Nuance's "wait for work" game. Wish I would have hung in there for the unemployment as this new company pay is so bad I'm making on average about $10 an hour and the paychecks are always late. It's time to leave transcription. Wish I could find something else. I wonder what these companies are going to do for transcription/editing when all of us get tired of getting crapped on and quit the business. What they'll have left are lousy employees who produce bad quality reports.
