I just want Nuance to fix the problem so I don't have difficulty in my next job. I worry about even looking for a new job right now for fear I won't be able to physically do it due to the pain.
My symptoms are similar to yours, but picking anything up and moving it away from my body causes extreme pain and popping and I'm obviously very weak in that particular shoulder muscle that produces that movement. This is my dominant arm and also my mouse arm.
