are only "renting" the platforms, Nuance cannot dictate how you handle your own business customers. I would bet, some companies, seeing all this Nuance dictatorship, may be considering platform changes now to get out from anything Nuance.
It would be no different if someone was renting a house and the landlord told them what to serve for dinner because their food choices may make someone sick.
There are companies out there smart enough not to have ensnared themselves in the Nuance web. Those companies will rise to the top of the heap. It may take a while, maybe months, but I think Nuance is going to destroy themselves from within. These companies will be waiting in the wings to pick up that business from that fall out.
