I was actually fired from SoftScript years ago. I was okay with it cause I hated them. One week I got 100% QA, the next week I was getting 70%. They kept switching accounts on me and I could not understand a single thing some of these docs were saying, and I had been a transcriptionist for 15 years at that point. They finally let me go telling me my line count was not high enough, but yet they were grading me on accounts I had not even been released on which made no sense to me at all. Good riddance. I have worked for a Clinic now for 7 years where I don't have to worry about the stupid cpl and I get to QA the IC.
