and nastiness spewed here on a daily basis. They will hire from within even when it means extra training of a person with lesser qualifications. There are some really bitter posters here who ruin things for everyone and it's pretty sickening to watch. In fact, I'm sure you'll be able to witness it in response to this post because more than likely, a barrage of negative posts will ensue and I imagine the word "suit" will be bandied about, too. Bitterness like this will eat you from within, try to find some joy in life before it's too late!
