Seems you are a little over the top in your bullying, which is totally uncalled for.

She was offering straight typing (which people routinely complain is no longer available). She was offering a higher cpl rate than most (which people routinely complain is no longer available).

Some people complain just to complain as they think it elevates themselves in their attempt to diminish others.
