Bravo!!! Well put and very true. I myself am over 65 and have been doing MT since 1980. I love what I do and therefore have accepted (not always graciously) the downgrading of our profession.
For those that can and want to, find another profession, but please do NOT ridicule those of us who choose to hang onto what has been our life work.
