If it doesn't have a built in expander like Fluency, then yep, that would be a problem for me.

Last night was the usual of 500s to 1300s report with little to no audio. Most of my docs, even the good ones, can't seem to ever put in the correct number, patient or any ADT info at all so I get to do that but I'm not paid for it. From what I understand about Csttails, I would be paid for that data entry as well as the reports with little or no dictation but long empty audio.

Still a lot of questions but I hope my HDSM can clear it up. I'll post if I find out anything new.
