After all the "no dictations" I've been getting, it would be nice to be paid for that time. Like you, I'm a bit nervous. If it doesn't work out for some reason, could we come back to our BOB? I finally got a manager that is very kind, can actually spell and there are no SOS emails. I would hate to lose that.
Also, a bonus is that it's one place...not the 25+ hospitals/clinics I have right now.
Still so many questions...
