Responding to your comment "So sick of this and this company!" I just do not understand how the powers to be can expect us to live on the wages they are paying us with no pay increase in years because of no restructuring of tiers or not even cost of living compensation. We can't live on static wages year after year. Others get cost of living raises - why are we different?? It is not fair and so despicable for them to just ignore us. We live in the USA but might as well be classified as Third World slaves. We are professionals not just typists and we should be treated as such with compensation and not just lip service - that doesn't pay our bills.
