On Job Seeker's board when you look at the section at the top, re Job Posting requirements, it still says 8 and 4 in red. I've reported these awful companies who offer less money as fast as I see them posted, but even so, there is going to be a lag and their posts stay there much too long in my view. On the other hand, the Moderator shouldn't have to hand-hold us and baby us; by now anyone who's been here a while should know which job ads to ignore. I wish I could just spit on these companies (so, add a 3rd category besides Like and Dislike!)
