I got some info about allowances and training and HCTC, but I hope it will be easier to understand from an actual person, because sometimes it's hard to figure out from the material.
Glad to see someone is going to get training. I am at a loss of what even to train for, and that is something you probably have a clue about before you go in there, but I will find out the process anyway.
