They have to by law pay you for the time you were unable to work due to logging in when it takes this long. There have been lawsuits successfully won over this issue with employers in different industries that required employees to be available to work and were waiting 15-30 minutes on their systems to log them in once they started logging in but weren't being paid for that time.
