Mary Morken's abbreviation list - JoyG

Hi. I've been out of transcription work for about 10 yrs or so, and have recently obtained a position in a small physician's office. Does anyone have a copy of Mary Morken's abbreviation list(s) that they'd be willing to copy onto a CD and sell to me? I don't even know if this is ethical; would want to keep it on the up and up. The URLs where they used to be posted no longer work. Thanks for any help you can give me.
