Sorry, I guess I did know that as I now leave cc unchanged if not otherwise specified. There are always so many rules and changes being made, you do things automatically without always thinking about how you know it. At any rate, some clients still want cc changed to mL. I guess that one would have to stay as it is since the clients requesting that are basing it on outdated unacceptable terms.
My thoughts regarding how we handle acceptable abbreviations, etc., otherwise still stands. It could be changed in the amount of time it takes to send a memo, so it wouldn't require much and would save us some time.
Anyway, thanks for clarifying!
