Bet never seem to do anything to better your situation. If you are as good as think you are, you should have no trouble getting another job.
Every time, I come on here, which is a few times a month, you are complaining. Makes no sense unless you want to live in the problem, not the solution.
After all the months I read your complaining, you could be working some where else to your liking.
