It's too bad they have to be so awful to work for. The work is not bad. I do believe that the positive posts about them on this board is either the 2 main supervisors or their awful team leads. I have never worked for a company where they weren't happy to have experienced MTs who do their work like their supposed to. They appreciate nothing! Bad bad management. Make people happy. You'll keep them a lot longer and the work will be even better. This place makes you jump through hoops and when you get through, they tell you to jump back the other way. I wish they'd get off this board though.
