Yes, MT is a dying field. Pay cuts, layoffs, awful MTSOs, etc. Better to walk away with your head held high than to stay in a miserable situation. I know some feel they can't leave, but life is too damn short to be unhappy. I am no longer an MT, either, and I am the better for it! It can be held!
