I have worked for them for several years. They are very nice people to work for. No micromanaging at all and very flexible. No punitive QA. Pay is a bit better than what seems the norm these days at 7 and 0.375, however, still not great for making a living at unless you work long hours and utilize most days of the week. I personally feel the pay is made more tolerable by the fact that they are stress-free to work for, however.
