Google keeps track of every web search a person makes using their apps. That survey is powered by Google and may not be secure. There is a disclaimer/warning about providing personal information on the survey site. You may think it's perfectly okay, but I don't need any more of my information sold to advertisers and I don't need the SEIU slamming my mailbox with propaganda. If they weren't going to use those names and email addresses for their own gain, they would not need to ask for that information. I'm not going to create a dummy e-mail account just to fill out a survey.
