Making decent pay - Effie

Sadly, if you are a new MT just starting out in this business, you will probably never make decent pay. Twenty years ago you could have but those days are long gone. If you are very lucky you may find a job where you are paid enough to "struggle by each month," but for most people its no longer a living wage.

What are you being paid currently? Hourly or by line?
