My question is to who? DOL? Has anyone reported this to DOL and got a response?
As far as I can tell, it is completely legal for these big MTSOs to contract work and maybe even to encourage us to follow, or at least work for the contractor as well as the MTSO (this happened to me - mind you, not in an email but in a phone call where it could easily be denied).
Just wondering if there is somewhere to "report" this bad practice and if anyone has done this and had any response at all, except being told that it is completely legal.
Ugh, this industry has gone way downhill a lot faster than I thought it would. It's just terrible now.
