Your post sounds as if you are lecturing a naughty child. I didn't know it was necessary to issue thank-yous in order to receive help, I don't think the intent was to be ungrateful. I don't remember Wilson's questions but I've always found it difficult to give transcription help without listening to the audio. I'm very experienced, but if someone says, "sounds like" that is all I hear. Maybe Wilson needs to find a co-worker or manager to help, they probably wouldn't need to be thanked all the time.
