Since Microsoft no longer supports or provides security updates for operating systems that old, leaving them wide open for viruses and other attacks and security threats, they are in serious violation of HIPAA. They need to be using a minimum of Windows 7 or newer in order to be in compliance. Anything older than that is a big no-no. Microsoft stopped supporting XP years ago, and rightfully so. It only came out 17 years ago!
