They may not be able to find out what's wrong unless they take down the whole system. Can you imagine how much that would cost them...But I think Fluency needs an overhaul, it does run very slow most of the time now. I'm always told it's my internet service provider, but I check there and no problems. I wonder how long they can let this go on...
