They never said a thing about it if you had days where you didn't hit your line count. I remember being told by Grace that it's a guideline but they didn't stick people to it.
I left there due to the required weekend day, mandatory shift login notifications, having 400 doctors in my pool w/85% as crappy ESL, and the constant Nuance audits. 4cpl isn't enough to deal with all that crap.
