If you mean using Verizon MiFi for your Internet connection to access work with a MT service, yes this works fine. It is just considered wireless so I do not see a problem with using it for other companies. I have used it for years, but just got a better bundle price through another company for TV,Phone and Internet, so I left Verizon. You may want to increase your usage though, as if you go over the Gigs you have now, you will be charged $15 for every extra G you use. I went with unlimited and my phone and Internet was #113.00 a month. Hope this helps.
