Registration to MT Stars is linked to an e-mail account. There is no way to reply to someone without your e-mail address being displayed. You can set up multiple e-mail accounts and have primary and secondary addresses, use one of those for MT Stars correspondence with an alias. I doubt it's management, I don't know, I don't work for any of the services but I would think management has better things to do with their time than spy on people.
