In the demographic header, if the patient last/first name header field is in white, you can press F3 to clear the field (Unknown, Patient) and type in the patient's name. (If the name field is in "yellow," cannot not clear field). If name can be filled in, then in visit grid select the "T" for acct # iand press Alt + O to confirm. System will auto fill in a med rec #.
