Driving me crazy. Some of the worst things VR is doing to words lately:
-Always types Midrin when dictator says midodrine
-If dictator says 2-0 suture, it just types 2
-Transversally (ugh)
-Multilink instead of multilength stent (!) - ALWAYS does this!!
-Disc instead of disk
-Types out long form dates even when dictator says short form and client wants them left as dictated so I have to change them all day long (WHY??)
-Types "Postoperative diagnosis" heading twice instead of "Preoperative" and "Postoperative" even when they're dictated clearly
- Types "Fuechtenstenner" instead of "Smith"
(OK that last one only happened once but it was funny)
Anyway, just a heads up on some of the things VR is doing that make not getting errors even harder.
