pressure you to "jump on" when it's convenient for them but you'll have no work during your shift. You'll do all the work Nuance throws in the garbage can, including one particular account with re-recorded sound that they will claim is crystal clear, while hounding you on your line count and QA (Nuance does QA along with them).
