From an insider perspective, the hospitals and providers that ImedX is contracted with are just figuring out who and what ImedX is all about. They will in time start finding a more "reliable" company in the states to help out. I can almost guarantee the workload is due to decrease in employees. No one is going to work their fingers to the bones barely making minimum wage. Good luck to you all.
