the "metrics" that she posted that got her fired. She was already having a "conference call" about her productivity before she even posted her metrics, so she was already on the list to be canned prior to that post even. Its just the company itself. If you do not meet their standards, hit the bricks...there are 10 more waiting to take your position. It was nothing that anybody posted or spied on.
