I was going to try to stick it out after the pay cut simply because I needed the medical benefits, but I wasn't getting enough lines to warrant it so I eventually resigned. Three days later I got an email asking me to return as an IC. I truly believe this was/is their goal, to push out the benefitted employees so they can become an all-IC staff. Thanks, but no thanks, IMEDX.
