imedx: What is the deal with the increase in work? - guessing game

I suspect some people left due to dissatisfaction with the new pay scale, but goodness...there is A LOT of work lately! Email from last week mentioned due to some "resignations and changes." Changes? Anyone have any insight as to what is going on behind the scenes?
