In Fluency, at the top of the screen, click tools and then options. I think it is the first screen that the font selection. If not click the tabs. I think it is on the editor tab. You can choose a font and a size.
I am assuming you are talking about the editor screen. As far as the ADT screen, it is hopeless. IT still has not listened and made the text on that screen larger.
